Formuliermet.nl is an online platform for building, publishing and managing forms, including features such as payments (via your own payment provider), reservations, rentals, registrations, donations, subscriptions, emails and statistics. We continuously develop the platform; features may be added, improved or changed.
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Your details must be accurate and up to date.
The current plans and prices are listed at formuliermet.nl/tarieven. Subscriptions are invoiced in advance, monthly or annually, and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. You can cancel at any time; your subscription will then end at the close of the paid period. In the event of non-payment, we may downgrade your plan to the free tier.
Payments made by respondents through your form are processed via your own account with a payment provider (such as Mollie or Moneybird). We are not a party to this: the contract with the provider, the transaction fees and the payout are a matter between you and that provider. Keep your API keys safe.
You will not use the platform for unlawful purposes, spam, deception, or content that infringes the rights of others. You will only send mailings to people who have consented to receive them. In the event of misuse, we may restrict or terminate forms or accounts — in the case of serious misuse, without prior warning.
The data you collect with your forms remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, in accordance with our privacy policy. You can export and delete your data. After your account is terminated, we delete your data in accordance with the privacy policy.
We do our utmost to keep the platform continuously available and make daily backups, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Where possible, we carry out planned maintenance outside office hours.
We strive to provide a reliable service, but we are not liable for indirect damages (such as lost revenue or loss of data due to causes beyond our control). Our total liability is in all cases limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.
We may change these terms and conditions. We will announce important changes in advance by email or in the dashboard. If you continue to use the service after the effective date, the new terms will apply.
These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Oost-Brabant, unless the law provides otherwise.
