Privacy Policy

Your data, your control. Here's how we handle it. Last updated: June 2026.

1. Who is responsible?

InnoDIGI (Sluiskeshoeven 8, 5244 GM Rosmalen, Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number 53581792) is the data controller for the data of visitors to this website and of account holders. For the data you collect through your forms, you are the data controller and we are the data processor.

2. What data do we process?

  • Account data: name, email address, password (stored encrypted), package and invoice details.
  • Form data: the submissions, reservations and payment statuses from your forms — on your instructions.
  • Contact: if you email us or fill in the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if provided, and your message.
  • Technical: concise log files (IP address, timestamp, error messages) for security and troubleshooting.

3. What do we use it for?

To deliver the service (performance of the agreement), to answer your questions, to prevent misuse (legitimate interest), and to comply with legal obligations such as the statutory retention period for invoices.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. The application (app.formuliermet.nl) only uses functional storage needed to keep you logged in and remember your preferences.

5. Who do we share data with?

With no one, except where necessary for the service: our servers run in a Dutch data center under our own management, and we send email via our own mail server. Payments from your respondents go directly through your own payment provider; we only receive the payment status from that. We never sell data.

6. How long do we keep data?

We keep account data for as long as your account exists. You manage your own form data — for each form, you can optionally set an automatic retention period. We keep contact messages for a maximum of two years. Log files are automatically cleared after a short time. We keep invoice data for seven years (statutory obligation).

7. How do we secure your data?

With encrypted connections (TLS), encrypted storage of secrets, daily backups, two-factor authentication for accounts, access logging, and a server in the Netherlands under our own management.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Email your request to info@formuliermet.nl; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

9. Data from respondents

Filling in a form built with Formuliermet.nl? Then the owner of that form is responsible for your data. For questions or deletion requests, please contact that organization first. If you can't work it out together, we're happy to help via info@formuliermet.nl.
