Why Formuliermet.nl exists

It started with a simple observation: for something as everyday as "let people fill in a form and pay right away", you either had to set up an expensive webshop or bolt together a handful of separate tools. For the hairdresser wanting to offer online haircut bookings, the foundation collecting donations, or the association collecting membership fees, nothing did it all in one place.

So we built it ourselves. At first as a "form with payment" — by now a complete platform where you can also book with a built-in calendar, rent out with inventory management, process registrations, run surveys and quizzes with live reports, have requests approved, collect payments automatically, give regular customers a digital loyalty card, sell gift cards, and even have a helpdesk inbox per form. And these days you can simply talk it all into being: our AI assistant builds, manages, and queries your forms in natural language. It all still comes down to the same idea: you handle it yourself, without technical knowledge, at a fair price.

The agency behind it: InnoDIGI

Behind Formuliermet.nl is web agency InnoDIGI, a company based in Rosmalen. We've been around since 2011 and are experienced internet pioneers. We provide web hosting, domain names, websites, webshops, custom programming, the operation of applications like this one, and much more.

You can feel that broad foundation in this platform: we host it ourselves on servers in the Netherlands, we build the software ourselves, and we answer your support questions ourselves. No call centre, no ticket carousel — just someone who knows the system inside out.

What we stand for
