Wat staat er in de PDF-bon?

Een nette samenvatting van de inzending: de ingevulde gegevens, het bedrag en de betaalstatus. Handig als bewijs of kassabon.

Kan ik mailen vanaf info@mijnbedrijf.nl?

Ja, vanaf het Medium-pakket. Je verifieert je domein met SPF/DKIM-records (we leggen precies uit hoe) en vanaf dan versturen we uit jouw naam. Op Mini kun je je eigen SMTP-server koppelen.

Ziet mijn mail er in Outlook net zo uit?

Ja. De ontwerpstudio maakt alleen wat elk mailprogramma kan tonen; we testen in Outlook, Gmail en Apple Mail. Alleen Outlook voor Windows toont hoeken recht in plaats van rond. Afbeeldingen worden met de mail meegestuurd, zodat ze ook in webmail laden.

Hoe werken betaalherinneringen?

Je stelt in na hoeveel dagen en hoe vaak er herinnerd mag worden. Het platform mailt openstaande inzendingen automatisch — of jij stuurt er handmatig één vanuit het inzendingenoverzicht.

By default we send through the platform's secure mail servers. Want to send from your own domain? Verify it with SPF/DKIM or connect your own SMTP server — and bounces are handled automatically.

Questions about emails

Can the respondent reply to the confirmation email?

Yes. Replies land in your reply-to address — or, with the helpdesk inbox, neatly linked to the submission right in the platform.

What's in the PDF receipt?

A neat summary of the submission: the submitted details, the amount and the payment status. Handy as proof or a receipt.

Can I send email from info@mycompany.nl?

Yes, from the Medium package onwards. You verify your domain with SPF/DKIM records (we explain exactly how) and from then on we send under your name. On Mini you can connect your own SMTP server.

Does my email look the same in Outlook?

Yes. The design studio only creates what every email client can display; we test in Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail. Only Outlook for Windows shows square corners instead of rounded ones. Images are sent along with the email, so they also load in webmail.

How do payment reminders work?

You set after how many days and how often a reminder may be sent. The platform automatically emails outstanding submissions — or you send one manually from the submissions overview.
