What's new

Every month we keep building Formuliermet.nl. Here you can read what was added and what got better.

News

The PHP vulnerability in the news does not affect us: Formuliermet.nl does not use PHP

Formuliermet.nl is not built in PHP. The vulnerability in the news — the one that took DigiD and MijnOverheid offline as a precaution — therefore does not affect our website, your forms or your data. There is nothing for us to update and nothing is offline.

Is your form embedded in your own WordPress, Joomla or Drupal site? Then do have that site updated as soon as the update is available. Your form itself keeps working.

New features

First payment via iDEAL, then automatic — and you see exactly when your package starts

When you choose a paid package, you pay the first time via iDEAL. That payment is also your consent for automatic renewal; no separate mandate needed.

When switching you now see up front what you pay and when the new package starts. If you abort a payment, you can pay again or pick another package. Under Account → Invoices you can see whether automatic payment is on.

New features

Google Calendar: one consent, and notifications in Microsoft Teams

You now connect your Google Calendar with a single consent. Busy time in your calendar immediately counts towards the availability of your reservation form, and every change in the schedule lands in the calendar. If something goes wrong, you'll see it on the connection card.

Notifications about new submissions can now also be sent to Microsoft Teams.

New features

Approve with one button, and GDPR requests per account

Anyone who needs to approve a submission now gets a button in the email, in their own language: review without logging in.

A GDPR request (access or deletion) is now handled for your whole account in one go. Our privacy statement names our sub-processors.

New features

Order form from your menu, connect your own AI, and work status on orders

Give the assistant your website, a PDF, a photo or an Excel list and it turns it into an order form, with prices and photos. It updates an existing order form the same way.

You can now also connect your own AI — Claude, ChatGPT or another — and ask it about your forms and submissions, within the rights you grant.

And on submissions you can now set your own work status and labels: Picking, Shipped, Delivered — with an email to the customer at the steps you choose.

New features

Save settings as a profile and your styling as the default

You can now save frequently used settings as a named profile and apply it to any new form. Your styling can be set as the default for all new forms.

Duplicating now also carries your draft and placeholders, and a score form starts in quiz mode right away.

New features

Live answers from the assistant, mailings and offline scanning

The assistant now answers as it types, asks for your approval first and has a calmer layout. It also draws charts of your trends, and you can share images with it.

New under Mailings: newsletters and automatic series to your submitters, with your own sender, design, preview and statistics. And whoever scans tickets can now do so fully offline through a scan link.

New features

Design studio for your emails and PDF tickets

You now design your confirmation emails, ticket emails and PDF tickets visually: drag blocks onto a canvas, add your logo and colours, and see exactly what the recipient gets — the same in Outlook, Gmail and Apple Mail.

Placeholders are now per form: type {{ and pick a field label, such as {{Name}} or {{Email}}. Apple Wallet passes for tickets can be switched on in Admin.

New features

Entry tickets with QR code, scanning and check-in

Selling tickets through a form? Every person now gets their own QR code by email and as a PDF. At the door you scan with your phone: check in, check out, and see right away whether a ticket was already used.

Staff without an account scan through a scan link, even offline. Each ticket has a log: who, when, how. And the assistant sets up a ticket form for you in one go.

New features

Setup service: let us build your form

No time to build it yourself? Describe what your form should do and we set it up for you: fields, payments, emails and settings. You get an offer up front, and the form stays yours — you can edit it afterwards as usual.

You'll find it under Account → Setup service.

New features

Mail from formuliermail@ and a silent spam check at login

Our emails now go out from formuliermail@formuliermet.nl instead of a no-reply address: replying simply reaches us.

The "I'm not a robot" tick at login is gone. A silent check in the background keeps bots out; you won't notice a thing.

New features

The assistant prepares settings as a plan and links to your forms

Ask the assistant to change something — a sender name, the waiting list, VAT, a reservation — and it prepares it as a plan you confirm with one click. Nothing changes without your approval.

In its answers it now links straight to the form or setting in question, and "take me there" really opens it.

New features

Cancel in one click and revenue on your dashboard

You can now cancel a paid package yourself in your account; you keep it until the end of the paid period. The cancel link is always visible, with the date next to it.

Your dashboard now also shows the revenue of your forms, your AI conversations and your token usage, and the form dashboard is called Heliview.

New features

Pick your own form assistant and see your AI tokens

On the AI page you now choose which model your assistant uses, and you can switch per turn. Light questions go to a fast model automatically, building work to the stronger one.

Every package now shows how many AI tokens are included, and your account shows what you have used.

New features

More accessible forms and a running submission number

Every public form now has an accessibility button: larger text, more contrast and less motion, for anyone who reads more comfortably that way.

Each submission also gets a running number. Use {{submission_number}} in your confirmation email or on screen — handy as a pickup or registration number.
