Give the AI your website, a PDF menu, a photo of your price board or an Excel list. It pulls out every product with its price, description and photos, and builds an order form that can take payments right away.
An order form with a wrong price costs you money. That's why the AI checks every price against your source before it uses it.
Does a product have a description and a few photos? The AI simply brings them along — your visitors see exactly what they're ordering.
The AI reads your source, tells you what it found and asks at most once what should go in. Then a draft is ready for you to review and publish yourself.
Anything with a name and a price becomes an order form: products, services, rates, rentals or lessons.
Your order form is there, but something needs adding? Just ask — the assistant updates the draft after your approval.
A link to your site, or drag a PDF, photo or Excel file into the chat. Pasting works too.
Everything, or just name and price. The AI shows what it found and builds after your approval.
Adjust whatever you like, connect your payment account and publish the form.
For anyone with a menu, catalog or price list who wants to take orders online without retyping everything.
Everything works together in the same form — combine whatever you need.
A website or webshop (including Shopify and WooCommerce, and single product pages), a PDF, a photo of your menu or price board, an Excel or CSV file, or a list you simply paste into the chat. A bare domain name is often enough. Your website does need to be readable for everyone, though: if your range sits behind a login or a security check such as a captcha, or only appears via JavaScript, the AI sometimes can't get to it. No problem — just drag a PDF, photo or Excel list into the chat, or paste your list. Webshops on Shopify and WooCommerce usually work just fine.
It only uses prices that are really in your source, and skips opening hours, dates and phone numbers. It flags any product without a recognizable price, so you can fill it in yourself. Always give the draft a quick review: it only goes live when you publish it.
Up to 150 products at a time, with up to 8 photos per product and 80 photos in total per form. The photos go into a dedicated folder in your media library.
No. The AI tells you what it found and asks one thing at most: do you want everything (name, price, description and photos), or just name and price? Then it builds the draft.
The import is a one-off: your form doesn't change along with it. You change a price in the builder, or ask the AI (‘set the soup to € 7’). If a lot has changed, have it create a new form.
Use it for your own offering. Other people's texts and photos may be protected by copyright; only import what you're allowed to use.
It uses the AI that's included in every package; an import counts toward your account's usage cap. Payments go through your own Mollie or Moneybird account, with your provider's regular transaction fees.
