Export from your current tool

Almost every form platform can export your submissions as CSV or Excel. Download that file — that's all you need.

Import and map the columns

Build your form (or start from a template) and upload the file. You map the columns to the right fields; we recognise email addresses automatically.

Your old submissions appear straight away in the overview, alongside the new ones. You can always export again, so you're never locked in.

Coming from a specific tool?

The approach is always the same: export as CSV or Excel, import here. A few common starting points:

  • Jotform or Formdesk — full-featured forms with payment. With us you set up iDEAL via your own Mollie account and don't pay per submission.

Can I really bring my existing submissions along?

Yes. Export them as CSV or Excel from your current tool and import them here; you decide yourself which column matches which field.

Am I locked into anything?

No. You can export all your data again at any time — forms, settings and submissions as a single file.

Does switching also work with payment forms?

Absolutely. Connect your own Mollie or Moneybird account and turn on iDEAL, credit card or invoice payment. The money runs directly through your own account.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The form builder works by dragging and clicking, and the import is self-explanatory. For developers, there's also an API.
